The mission of The Friendly Community Center is to provide affordable programs and services designed for wellness, life –long learning and socializations for adults of varying abilities and interests as they age.
What We Do
The Friendly Community Center’s Mission is to provide programs and services people in Monroe and surrounding counties that will help them “Stay Healthy, Keep Fit and Have Fun” by providing opportunities for people to participate in social, recreational, health and fitness, arts and humanities, and lifelong learning activities. The FCC offers a variety of programs including, Chair Yoga, Cardio Sculpt, Qi Gong, Art Classes and more!
