Pocono Area Transitional Housing (PATH)

Pocono Area Transitional Housing (PATH) is a private 501(c)(3)nonprofit charitable corporation that provides temporary housing and related support services for the care and relief of families with children in a housing crisis in Monroe County.

The PATH program provides safe and secure temporary housing for homeless families with children in a boardinghouse type environment. PATH staff is onsite to provide support 24 hours/day. A case manager works with each family to identity the cause of their housing crisis and to create an action plan to resolve it. The ultimate goal of PATH is that each resident family will be able to not only obtain, but maintain, permanent housing upon leaving the program.
