The Monroe County ReStore is now OPEN and we need your help! Habitat for Humanity is a volunteer-driven organization with the model of neighbors helping neighbors.
Donated items at the ReStore are offered for sale back to the community, with proceeds going towards our home preservation program, where we make much-needed home repairs for those in need.
Volunteer tasks at the ReStore include the following. You may choose one specific task you'd like to assist with or help out with whatever is needed!
- Cleaning shelving
- Cleaning and preparing furniture items for sale
- Unboxing merchandise/pricing/stocking
- Processing donations such as tools, hardware etc. (Processing includes a quick wipe down/clean up, possible bagging and pricing)
- General customer service & sales
- Donation pick-ups and drop off assistance
