The Garden of Giving, a non-profit organization that provides fresh produce and eggs to those in need in Monroe County, is looking for volunteers to help throughout the season with our wonderful garden: weeding, watering, trimming bushes, fertilizing or mulching the gardens, harvesting the crops and getting them ready for the food banks, help with the care of our chickens, etc.
Our garden schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 to 12:30, and alternating Sundays, from 9:30 to 12:30, from the end of May until September or October.
Please join us in the worthy cause, even if it's only for an hour or so.
