We have a large cut up wood pile that we are hoping to get cleared up. Volunteers would help in bringing the wood to the wood splitter to be split and stacked for the upcoming winter. We use this wood to heat our large water system to keep our veterans homeless shelter water heated.

Important Notes:

• Volunteers should be able to lift upwards of 25 lbs. We will train how to use the wood splitter (no chain saws). Other staff will be on site to assist.
• Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gloves to handle wood.
