Pocono Mountains Hunger Coalition is a group of passionate individuals who are working together to end hunger in our community.

VISION:  Pocono Mountains hunger Coalition envisions a hunger-free community where everyone has access to enough nutritious food to live, learn, work, and play in good health.

MISSION: Our mission is to end hunger in the Pocono Mountains by bringing partners together to increase ACCESS to affordable healthy food, to COORDINATE food resources from production to recovery, and to EDUCATE about hunger, nutrition and health connections.
