Burnley Workshop of the Poconos

Companies and business provide the work, Burnley provides the supervision, and together we give individuals with disabilities the ability and opportunity to become productive members of the region's workforce. Over 100 individuals participate in Burnley's programs , which include sheltered workshop, community employment programs and various community work sites in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Established in 1964, Burnley empowers individuals with disabilities by helping them to achieve their full social, vocational and economic potential. Our founders aimed to create an organization to provide stimulating work, steady pay and the chance for individuals with disabilities to be tax-paying, involved members of the community.
