RHD Street 2 Feet Outreach Center

RHD is a non-profit social services organization having been in existence since 1970, with 160+ programs in 15 states across the county. Crossroads Community Services, located on Dansbury Terrace in East Stroudsburg, provides mental health case management to those with a serious and persistent mental illness and permanent supportive housing to those with a serious and persistent mental illness who find themselves homeless in Carbon, Monroe, Pike and Schuylkill counties. Our homeless day center, Street 2 Feet Outreach Center, located at 130 N. First St, Suite 102, Stroudsburg, provides case management and support services to those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Monroe County.

We are the only homeless day center in Monroe County, providing showers, laundry, case management and resources to those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. People finding themselves in these situations can come to us for assistance in linking them to the resources in the community that will help get them back on their feet, find employment, shelter/housing, access to mainstream benefits such as SNAP, TANF, SSD/SSI, veterans' benefits, etc. and a place to go and get out of the elements.
