Who We Are
We are a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that has been serving youth ages 14-24 in Monroe County since 1974. We offer numerous programs for youth career guidance, such as summer work experience, job shadowing opportunities, leadership and career exploration workshops, part-time and full-time employment opportunities, and more.
What We Do
Our mission is to provide leadership, career exploration, employability, and entrepreneurial training programs which promote, encourage, and develop Monroe County youth (ages 14 to 24) to take an active role in their future career, whether it is attending a college, university, a technical/trade school, joining the workforce or becoming an entrepreneur within the region.
